Refunds
We always hope you will be happy with your purchase!
But if for any reason you are not satisfied and would like to return the item/ items. Please contact us via email. All items must be in original condition and packaging upon return. Please Note all footwear must be in the original condition it was sent. (unworn condition) with Tags. Returns are the responsibility of the purchaser and it sent at the purchaser's cost. We are not liable to pay for postage for returned items. Once Items have been received a refund will processed to the original payment method.
Customized Footwear
Non Refundable Deposit
We will ask for a Non refundable deposit when creating custom footwear. After all Artworks and / particular footwear have been agreed, a non refundable deposit will be required at the point of purchase. We use this to source stock and supplies for your desired footwear. The remainder of the balance will be due upon completion. If for any reason the purchaser decides to cancel the order after works have began, you will not be entitled to receive the non refundable deposit.
Branded Footwear
Please note we do not own any of the brands of footwear. All credit and copyrights are owned by the relevant manufacturers and Companies. . We do not restore replicated brands. Authenticity of footwear can be checked by scanning the QR codes on the Labelling of footwear, this will then take you to the official site of the brand.
Restoration and Footwear Condition

All Footwear is reconditioned and are not brand new. And will/ May have imperfections. For example, creases / slightly worn soles/ discolouration / inside of shoe may have been repaired ect. We give each pair some TLC. Cleaning, stitching, painting, laces, tags UV lighting and more! Inside & out we transform them into something unique! We will always try our very best to ensure the purchaser is aware of any known imperfections, however there may be cases where we may not have noticed a slight imperfection / imperfections . And are sold as seen. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to understand this at the point of purchase.
Wear and Tear of Footwear
As with all footwear, over time you will indeed get wear and tear. Once footwear has been worn we are not liable for any damages to footwear, the paint on the leather, any artworks, wearing of soles, discolouration ect. It is the responsibility of the purchaser that regular maintenance is ensured on the footwear to help with protection with the condition of the footwear. All footwear are sealed, and sprayed with a water repellent spray prior to leaving us. Over time, weather conditions, these barriers may wear away. It is important to keep up with maintenance to ensure you have the best protection. All information regarding cleaning can be found at the top of the site under the 'cleaning tab'. It is important *Not to wash footwear in the washing machine* A light gentle hand wash only and allow to air dry. Vigorous / Hard pressure whilst cleaning may damage the protectant sealant and artwork / paint. Do not use harsh chemicals. Do not tumble dry. A copy of Cleaning instructions will sent out with footwear.
